BIRCH HILLS SPORTSMAN ASSOCIATION

Birch Hills property
owners occupy nearly all of sections 32 and 33 or
Hamilton Township.
There are 150 lots and each lot is approximately one
acre. Lots are positioned surrounding the outer edge of
the entire Birch Hills property. With the purchase of an
outside lot, comes 1/150th share of the inside. Lots may
not be sub-divided. When a lot is sold, the inside share
changes ownership as well. There are three outside gated
entrances to the inside. Owners enjoy hunting,
mushrooming and walking the many nature trails.
There are two property owners meetings held per year.
They are typically held on the first Saturday
in May and the last Saturday in September at the
Hamilton township hall. Local real estate companies have
these and other specifics regarding the Birch Hills
property. |
