FACILITIES
Township Hall:
- The hall is available for rent to any property
owner within the township. Please check availability on the
township www calendar or contact the township clerk, see directory
for numbers. A nominal fee and deposit is charged. Reference the
Hall Rental Agreement in Download Documents section.

Township Park:
- The park located in Dodge Lake and is available
for activities. Clean up events are held in the spring and fall to
help keep the park in a usable state. Please contact the Township
Supervisor for availability and additional information, see
directory.
Township Cemetery:
- The cemetery is located on Hoover Avenue, just
north of Cranberry Lake Road, all existing lots have are sold. The
township has recently acquired the Church of Christ property at
4980 N. Rodgers Ave. There is a church building and also a
cemetery. Additional cemetery lots at this facility may be
available in the near future. Please contact the township clerk
for further information, see directory for information.

SERVICES
Waste Management:
- Hamilton Township has a 5-year contract with WM
to provide refuse collection and yard waste collection. Wm
provides each property with a 96-gallon tote and collects the
refuse no less than once per week. If a 96-gallon tote is not
beneficial, WM will collect 5 bags or 30-gallon containers that
are properly placed at the curbside. All bags or containers shall
not exceed a 50-pound limit. In addition, one large item per week
will be collected. Refrigerators and other appliances containing
freon/coolant must have a sticker verifying that a certified
technician removed the contaminant. Carpet or similar items must
be cut into 4-foot lengths. Tires are accepted, one per week, but
it must be cut in two pieces either lengthwise or across.
Collections may be delayed one or more days for Sundays, holidays
and severe weather conditions.

Yard
waste collection will occur four weeks in the spring and
four weeks in the fall. The exact dates will be determined and
posted on the Township www Calendar and at the Township Hall. Yard
waste shall include grass, weeds, garden waste, hedge trimmings,
limbs of one-inch diameter and cut into four-foot lengths and tied
into bundles. All must be placed at curbside in biodegradable
paper bags or reusable containers plainly marked “Yard Waste”.
Each container or bundle must not exceed the 50-pound limit. If

Road Brining:
- County and most private roads are usually
brined two times in the mid summer. Specific dates will be posted
on the township www Calendar and at the Township Hall. Contact the
Township Supervisor or a member of the Road Committee to answer
any other questions.
